Agile Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester

Coordinates efforts between Underwriting (and other teams as needed) and Information Technology to understand business requirements, develop and document system specifications, test programming of the requested functionality and implement system changes.

A Team Leader will be able to provide direction to team via periodic meetings and communications sufficient to ensure each team member understands underwriting guidelines, as well as be responsible for the selection and pricing of new business risks in accordance with company service promises, objectives, underwriting guidelines and team commandments.

Work with customers on a daily basis by binding new and renewal business, issuing policy endorsements and requesting/reviewing underwriting information. This position requires a candidate who has strong organizational and communication skills and is detail-oriented as well as someone who is proactive in conducting application reviews and Web searches.

  • Long-term disability with 60 percent of monthly salary up to $20,000 per month (tax-free) after 24 weeks

  • Tuition Reimbursement up to $1,500 per year for approved undergraduate or graduate degree programs
  • Insurance, claims and technology self-study programs paid at 100 percent for study materials, half-day study time, exams, plus additional monetary incentives up to $33,000 per person for completing insurance, claims and technology designations and certifications
