Call us directly at 1-888-523-5545 and select option 3 to speak with a member of the Claims’ team. For after-hours claim reporting and emergency claim assistance please contact us at 1-888-875-5231. Should you have any documents to supplement the claims report, please feel free to send them to newlosses@usli.com. The email is constantly monitored to ensure claims are responded to promptly. Receipt of a new claim by the Claims team will trigger prompt contact, by an examiner.
